Why should you give to CCHC? Healthcare is a right for all. Your donation provides care to uninsured individuals in our community. For only $600, you can give the gift of healthcare to an individual in need. This includes visits with our providers, on-site labs, free medication, free health navigation and education, referrals for social services, and free mammograms, colonoscopies / endoscopies and surgeries to ensure continuity of care.

Your contribution will help provide a medical home for uninsured individuals in our community, saving taxpayer dollars by reducing ER visits, while providing dignity and opportunity to those we serve.
